Parent and Child Orientation
NEW STUDENTS
Before Your Child’s First Day
Parents should make sure that all enrollment requirements have been completed prior to their first day at school.
ENROLLMENT PACKET
The completed enrollment packet, including all health and consent forms, must be submitted prior to your child’s first day of attendance.
IMMUNIZATIONS
All immunizations must be up-to-date and compliant with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene requirements for child care and school entry.
TUITION
For private pay programs, your child’s monthly tuition must be paid in full prior to their first day of attendance,
VOUCHERS
For qualifying families receiving HRA or ACS vouchers, your child’s completed application and required documentation must be submitted and approved.

Upon entry, the following items below are required. If your child has moved up to a new age group or classroom, check if their supply requirements have changed. Please make certain that all items are clearly labeled with your child’s name so we can assure that it will be used for your child only. List is subject to change.
